• All rooms with telephone, TV, hairdryer and safe, plus
  balcony (south-, east- or west-facing) - some with views to the courtyard and car park

Dinner for stays up to 31 October 2026 (from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm)

• When booking the room rate with breakfast, dinner in the restaurant is not included.
  In this case, you can add a 4-course dinner menu (+ cheese platter) for €37 per person.
• When booking the room rate with half-board, the 4-course evening menu (+ cheese platter) is already included in the price.
  For the main course, you can choose between a meat, fish or vegetarian dish.
  We serve the evening menu between 6.30 pm and 8.00 pm.
  We kindly ask that you take your seat at your table by 8.00 pm.
  
  Important information for half-board bookings from 31 May 2026
  From 31 May 2026, we will only be offering the 4-course evening menu from Tuesday to Saturday.
  For Sundays and Mondays, we’d be happy to recommend suitable restaurants in Fischen and the surrounding area.
  If you’ve booked your stay with half-board included, you don’t need to worry about a thing.
  We will, of course, adjust your booking automatically. You will receive a credit of €37.00 per person per day of half-board booked, which will be deducted from your travel price or taken into account accordingly.
  Our bar is open daily and is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif and wind down at the end of the day.

A new way to enjoy dining: the “ROSENSTOCK-GENUSSFREIHEIT” for stays from 1 November 2026

• From November 2026, all rooms at the Hotel Rosenstock can only be booked with a breakfast buffet included. Afternoon and evening dining options will then follow the new “ROSENSTOCK-GENUSSFREIHEIT” schedule.
  
  On five evenings a week – from Tuesday to Saturday – you can choose from our new “à la carte” menu between 5.30 pm and 8.00 pm and decide anew each evening what you fancy. Selected dishes and drinks will be charged separately.
  But during the day, too, between 1.00 pm and 5.30 pm, we’ve got you covered with little treats.
  On Sundays and Mondays, our kitchen is closed.
  The breakfast buffet is, of course, excluded from this.
  On these two days, we’d be happy to help you plan your evening and, on request, book a table with our catering colleagues in Fischen or the surrounding area. We’re also happy to offer personal recommendations – so you can discover the culinary diversity of the Allgäu.
  
  An exception applies during the Christmas period:
  From 21 December 2026 up to and including 9 January 2027, our kitchen will be open for you every day. On Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December), we serve a festive evening menu – the perfect culinary backdrop for two very special evenings. The menu is not included in the all-inclusive package and is charged separately.

Spa & Wellness Area

• Use of the WaterLounge with indoor 5x12 metre pool at 30° C
  and various hanging chairs and rest pods for one or two people - daily from 07:00 - 21:00 hrs
• Use of the sauna area with Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, sanarium and infrared cabin - daily from 12:00 - 21:00 hrs
• Fresh water and tea provided daily
• In the summer months - a large sunbathing area with sun loungers and numerous "favourite spots" to retire to

TOURIST TAX INCLUDED in the room rates.

• Your Rosenstock advantage: You no longer need to pay the tourist tax of € 3.80 per person per night separately with your extras.

  In the Upper Allgäu, the Western Allgäu up to the Lake Constance region, the Tannheimer Tal and the connection via the Bregenz Forest to Oberstaufen, you can travel free of charge by bus & train with the ‘Mobil Pass Allgäu’ and give your car a break.

• As a mountain railway partner, we will continue to provide you with the Bergbahn Unlimited ticket free of charge and exclusively for your summer stay at our hotel in 2026. This gives you unlimited access to all 7 mountain railways.
